See direct FHIR Search examples using the NCPI FHIR Server which were explored in a Nov 2020 codeathon here .

Some Resources on that server can return DRS ids which could be resolved to URLs by the Kids First DRS Server.

Brought the code in from the codeathon and renamed.
The notebook became https://github.com/ga4gh/fasp-scripts/blob/master/notebooks/search/NCPI_FHIR_approaches.ipynb
Checking status of the production NCPI server.

This notebook contains a FASP workflow using a FHIR search followed by use of DRS ids. It requires access to controlled access data to complete the WES step.
