Launch the v0.5.1 cleanup release

We've had many small doc and field cleanups since v0.5
I'm proposing that we tag a v0.5.1 cleanup release and replace the v0.5 docs on ga4gh.org with what we have now. (and update the compliance tests and the reference impl as well)

PR #156 needs to go in to fix the build, are there any other blockers?

+1 -- good set of incremental cleanups; let's lock them down now, so
implementations and tests can settle down soon.

(Adam, thanks for that link. It turns out you can also ask github to ignore
whitespace -- https://github.com/ga4gh/schemas/compare/v0.5...master?w=1
trims about 400 lines off of the report.)
