GabeeOS is a Void-based Linux distribution (Void Respin), which brings the necessary software to satisfy the daily needs of an end user; in a simple and aesthetically pleasing desktop environment.
Now gabeeOS Linux incorporates the Calamares installer. I must thank Kevin Figueroa for his collaboration in making it possible for this to happen.
But for those who prefer the old school it can also be installed through the terminal by running: sudo gabeeos-installer.
Desktop Layouts
gabeeOS Linux has two layouts. A clean and simple desktop, in the style of windows manager, but with all the power of a desktop manager like Gnome and the classic Gnome desk, with the top bar and dock. To activate Gnome Layout, just press Sup + Z. On the contrary, Sup + X will return to the simple desktop. Note: In full desktop mode, the dock used is dash-to-dock extension.
All keyboard shortcuts, such as the alias for the XBPS package manager, are described in the conky help. The conky can be hidden or shown by pressing the CTRL + ALT + H (hide) or CTRL + ALT + S (show) key combination.
