Fix a few bugs encountered when using #3863

  • The ethercalc GIE was added concurrently to the introduction of the GIE container readiness check, add readiness check support to it.
  • Handle timeouts and other errors with the readiness XHR
  • Fix URL generation for /interactive_environments/ready
  • Add an ignore_volumes option for Swarm mode containers so that individual GIE plugins need not disable the import volume to work with swarm mode.
