sircc is an IRC client designed for simplicity and code legibility. It is
written in C for Unix platforms.
sircc is currently highly experimental: anything can change at any moment.
It is recommended to build it in debug (make debug=1) and to enable core
files on your machine.
The following build options are available:
debug=1: build a debug binary.with_x11=0: build without X11 support.
The example directory is an example of configuration for sircc. You can
use it by copying in your home directory and renaming it to .sircc. You can
also run sircc with the -c command line argument pointing on the example
directory.
The SSL certificate chain (example/ssl/freenode.pem) provided for the
Freenode IRC network was created from files downloaded via the Freenode
website. Note that it may have been changed since the moment it was
downloaded.
