Galleon is an independent workshop, not an agency or venture portfolio. The projects keep their own names and purposes; Galleon gives them a shared address, a standard of care, and a clear owner. by Galleon is the provenance mark—not a request to flatten every project into the same product.
- Peerlytics — explorer, orderbook, market intelligence, and developer data for ZKP2P.
- USDCtoFiat — sell USDC for fiat, operate maker liquidity, or embed the route in another product.
- KnowFulham — Andrew's opinionated west London map, now also powering KnowChelsea and KnowNottingHill.
- Broadside — fast multiplayer naval combat in the browser.
- Davy Jones — the long-running experiment in creating an AI Andrew, with its own phone, email, social and publishing accounts, browser, and bounded wallet.
- Oneshot — Andrew's Slack-native work agent, built to automate repetitive work and help the wider team ship.
- Barbossa — the agentic overseer for the Galleon fleet: product health, operating teams, investigations, and releases.
Read the decisions and proof behind the work in the Galleon journal. Original marks, channel artwork, palette, typography, and endorsement guidance live in the brand kit.
The historic DeFi protocol remains at GalleonDAO. Modern Galleon grows from that chapter and is broader than it.
Public source lives here when public ownership helps the project. Private work stays private; repository visibility is not a measure of whether a project belongs in the fleet.
