Visibility setting doesn't seem to have an effect

Dataset is still visible to anonymous on the show page not index.

I think the visibility setting doesn't work for index either. When logged in, I can still see other users' private dataset on the index page.
Unless this is the intention, to only hide private datasets from non logged in users.
