The Gambit source code repository contains the history of changes to the sources. It can be accessed in the following ways.

git clone https://github.com/feeley/gambit.git
Browse the git repository on github: https://github.com/feeley/gambit
The history of changes can also be browsed using the Gambit Scheme system repository web interface.
Git can be used to get a local copy of the latest sources. The procedure is explained here.
