I currently don't create ppa's. Is this simple to do?

RetroPlayer is now in Kodi master, but we can't package the libretro cores because the CMake stuff pulls from git repos instead of source tarballs. Maybe @fetzerch, @hudokkow or @wsnipex has an idea of what we should do?

@garbear Excellent - how long has it been part of master? when is it going to be included in a release?
