Fixed, but now first two rasters of character display are left by some pixels compared with the rest.

The shift is about 10 pixels when horizontal scale is x1 ($00), and 2 pixels otherwise.

This remaining problem is probably related to Issue #10, and is out of scope for this bug, so closing.
