I create web applications. These days, I spend most of my time consulting with Ruby on Rails and specialize in helping teams improve their development, testing, and release processes. That’s to say that I help teams who don’t have any tests written improve their test coverage and code quality in an ongoing and sustainable manner.
I've been working on the web since 2000 and dabbling long before that. I built and ran Sifter as a sole founder for eight years before selling it, and I wrote a book about the experience. For the full career and experience back story, You can swing by my site.
💻I have some limited availability for web application design, development, and support for Rails applications. 🔭I’m currently working on Adaptable, a site to help amputees find information to help them more easily pursue and enjoy movement and activities. It's entirely open source and a 501(c)3 non-profit. 🌱I’m currently learning everything I can about the more nuanced details in Ruby. 👯I’m looking to collaborate on 💬Ask me about ... 📫How to reach me: email@example.com 😄Pronouns: he/him ⚡Fun fact: I'm a left below-knee amputee who loves mountain biking, snowboarding, camping, and all things outdoors.
