Reasons for not using Variant Approach
1. Item variants for Tenure will create distinct items for the same Space at Sales Order level in case the requirement is for odd days. e.g. 1 week 4 days

Reasons for custom CRM
1. Awfis-Specific Call-centre/CRM requirements cannot be mapped directly
1.1. Requirement for multiple Space needs to be tracked per lead level.
1.2. Awfis Spaces cannot be tracked efficiently using ERPNext's default item masters because of multidimensional Tenure, Capacity, Centre.
2. Vanilla system will be required for PoS (food & beverages etc.)
