- Sign in to Gmail in your browser.
- For accounts having 2 step verification :-
- In “log-in & security” section of My Account, select 2-Step Verification button. Log-in with your account username, password, and verification code if asked.
- Select Turn off 2-Step Verification button.
- A pop-up window will appear to confirm that you want to turn off 2-Step Verification. Then Select Ok.
- Click here to access Less Secure App Access in My Account.
- Next to “Allow less secure apps: OFF,” select the toggle switch to turn ON.
- For linux, run the executable file by "./penpal" from the command line in the directory where executable file is present. OR Add Penpal to PATH variable export PATH=/path/to/folder:$PATH and directly type penpal in terminal.
- For windows, just run "penpal.exe" by double clicking on it.
