University project of flat administration service.
Business model:
In-flat utilities consumption (water, gas, electricity) are aquired from smart sensors and send over REST API interface to app.
Tenants are allowed to view consumptions of their flats and generate PDF reports.
Maintainers are allowed to view and assign flats, tenants, utility types and set utility prices.
Administrators are allowed to add/modify/delete user accounts.
All users are able to register and login.
