Support url city.gdg.events #9

This should show a list of events for the selected city. The map should be centered around the city.
There should be only one list with the upcoming events.
The description should be taken from the g+ page.

This is some functionality from boomerang, maybe refactoring?

The city name should be defined on the hub for the chapter.
To start with the following should work .gdg.events

Boomerang also shows events of a chapter.
I think it would be cool to add support for all events in a country. What
do you say?

We should probably consider closing this as NPTF (No Plan to Fix).
