Run a khmer hackathon as part of the MozSciLabs global sprint, July 22-23. #446

This issue tracks the khmer project's participation in the 2014 Mozilla Science Lab global sprint.

Contact Titus Brown and Michael Crusoe with any questions: khmer-project@idyll.org

Click on the 'subscribe' button (lower right) to track hackathon updates and changes.

We will be actively engaged 9-5pm EST both days!

Please read the Code of Conduct

Visit the khmer hackathon docs to get started.

If you are joining us in person, we will be in the BEACON classroom, Biomedical and Physical Sciences (BPS) 1455a, at Michigan State University. Enter through the glass doors in the BPS foyer and turn to the right. If you need a parking pass, please park in the loading zone and come in to find us.

If you are joining us online, we will be on IRC at chat.freenode.org, channel gedlab. (You can use http://webchat.freenode.net/ to connect.)
