when changing the playback speed while in the middle of a chapter, then the position changes.

the position slider in the seek bar jumps around when the playback speed is changed.

playback speed should only affect the scale and thus the time values being displayed, but the position of the slider relative to start and end of the chapter should remain the same.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start an audiobook
2. Pause it
3. Change playback position
4. Change playback speed -> Slider jumps back to where it was before seeking
5. Start playback -> Slider jumps back to the position set before changing speed
