Add invite flag to os_notify

Dear genius3000,

It would be beneficial if the os_notify also would allow tracking invite's by "marked" clients to track possible mass invite spam, as this is also often an issue that occurs via botnets. Perhaps the flag i could be used as it is unoccupied as of now and it would also be intuitive.

Also, does the k flag for kicks only check for when the client executes /KICK or also from when he becomes a target of a /KICK as well? if just one or the other, perhaps make it trigger on both if possible? As a bot might auto kick a lot of users joining its channel and/or get kicked from many channels.

The kick flag is for target or source, aka both.
