I changed the "Incompatible units"
QtyErrorto report the names of the incompatible units, per #79.This is a simple change to the error message. I changed the interface for
throwIncompatibleUnitsto accept each unit. I updated all calls tothrowIncompatibleUnitsas well as the expected error messages in the testing spec.
