Describe the bug
In the Planning menu under settings, the screening settings have some options that have no effect.

Screening result enabled: should enable/disable the button and page to view the screening statistics
Paper assignment enabled: should enable/disable the button and page to assign papers in a screening phase

We also need to update the functionality of the following options:

Conflict criteria: add "Inclusion criteria" in case two or more reviewers included a paper but with different criteria
Status to validate: add "IncludedExcluded" of the sample to validate should be taken from all papers, whether they have been included or excluded by the reviewers.
