Assigning a number of papers

Currently, it is only possible to assign ALL papers imported to users. We should have the option to set a subset of the papers (specified by a number) to assign. The assignation concerns screening, QA, and classification.

The number should be between 1 and N, where N is the total number of unassigned papers. The assign process should select a random subset of that size .
