Describe the bug

manage directory templates unable to edit or save once created

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to vanilla
  2. Import iso19139 templates
  3. Edit the contact template
  4. You cannot save, or full view, or xml view
  5. It can be used to create a new contact (which you can then copy and paste the xml when creating a new template as a workaround)

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
