Metadata copilot with data ingestion and analysis

This is a POC using GDAL library to facilitate metadata authoring and data ingestion/analysis.

Evaluates:

• Use GDAL Json data model to get datasources information
• Use batch API operations for updating multiple properties in a record
• Alternative feature harvester using OGR
