[Initials] add V

This PR includes two commits in order to progress on #115:

1. Allowing the use of SVG files for font generation;
2. Adding three SVG for the letter V (Initials, Initials-F1, Initials-F2).

@georgd, let me know what you think about all this (size of the SVG, framing, names of the files, etc.).

Merged but at the machine that I'm using at the moment, I’m unable to run the scripts. I won't be able to do so before the weekend. Looking at the code, I trust this works and you seem to have succeeded @lutetiensis
