This is a series of patches that were required for using the Makefile on the current Debian and OpenBSD systems.

This allows calling make as

   make PYTHON=python3

if PYTHON is omitted, `python' is used by default.
This fixes the `web' directory not being created automatically.
The replacement fixes a deprecation warning from ttfautohint(1).
This commit fixes attempts to copy missing specimens and webfonts.
