Could you maybe integrate Telegram as a notify Channel? #17

Discord is nice, but close to everything of MAD is working with Telegram. It would be absolutely fantastic to manage everything via one Platform.

Unfortunately, I don't use Telegram and don't really want to set one up just for testing. Happy to accept PRs for this though :)
