Will checkout a separate user guide super branch and keep it live, with periodic pull requests.

A suggestion was made to add some specific discussion to the developer guide on how best to use pull requests to facilitate code review, particularly the comment features of the pull request. Can add this to Tutorial 2: Git Workflow. We want people using the comment feature of the pull request as much as possible.
