I noticed that 13.4.0-rc.4 GCHP run directories with GEOS-FP metfields end up linking

MetDir -> ${GC_DATA_ROOT}/GEOS_0.25x0.3125/MERRA2

rather than

MetDir -> ${GC_DATA_ROOT}/GEOS_0.25x0.3125/GEOS_FP

This PR fixes that.
