Folder dialog unclickable when opening a folder

When this dialog shows up, I can't interact with it with mouse. This includes the left navigation, the file/folder selector and the cancel/open buttons. I could interact with keyboard though, so using a combination of tab and cursor keys

Any way to open the folder dialog causes the same issue.

Having the exact same issue here on Arch Linux with dwm.
[EDIT] same behaviour on openbox

Using Ctrl+o to pull up the file chooser dialogue after clicking in the cursor window (giving it focus) works fine. Only click on the "Open a Folder" Button causes this problem.
It seems like the app is grabbing the cursor and won't let go.

I can confirm that this issue is still present for me on the latest Ubuntu and Cursor. The workaround for me is to always use "File > Open Folder..." and alt-tab the folder dialog which opens behind the Cursor window. When using the "Open Folder" button in the center of a New Window, the folder dialog is unclickable.
