Make notifications disappear by clicking on them

Here is an example: before I save a page, I am able to see the view site button on the right:

But when I save the edited content of a page, there is this page edited notification which covers the view site button:

That notification stays there for a few seconds and the only way to hide it is to wait until it is gone by itself (it happens with every notification in the Administration Panel).
I suggest to make it disappear by clicking on it, so that the view site button will be shown again and it can be used without obstructions.
