New Features

• Signature matching (Move metadata from info.json files to DB #148, fixes [Bug Report] Lost Tags after library root directory change #146). You can now safely move/rename titles and entries, and their IDs and associated metadata in the database would not change.
• Introduce a new "missing items" page accessible from the admin page. Any items (including titles and entries) that no longer exist will be listed there.

Improvements

• Make the file extension check case-insensitive (Thanks to @Leeingnyo)
• Stop the process when the server fails to start. This could happen for example when the port is already in use.

Bug-Fixes

• Fix the incorrect dropdown color in dark mode
• Fix the duplicating options on the MangaDex download page
• Fix a bug where the theme option on the admin page does not honor the current theme (fixes [Bug Report] Theme problem: toggleTheme() doesn't change the setting in ADMIN, and reader page always uses dark background #155)
• Fix a bug where some resources are not loaded when using a base URL

Going forward, before every major release, I will open a PR and wait for a few days (depending on the impact of the changes) before merging. Please help test if everything works as expected before we merge the changes and make the official release!
