Select all button is enabled in the middle of ongoing export

Problem description

Select all button is enabled in the middle of ongoing export, screenshot attached:

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to export tab
2. Select a few forms to export
3. Click on the Export button

Expected behavior

Select all should be disabled when exporting form process is in progress, as other actions are.
