Move deployment tree to different repo

We should move the deployment tree to a build-server repo.

The ideal way to do this is to fork build to build-server and git checkout ansible-deployment ;git push --force origin master but GH doesn't let you fork to another repo in your organization.

Is this related to the question at #248 whether deployment uses Ansible? This is outside of my visibility bit it sounds related.
