Update translations

Indonesian and Urdu users have said they are inconvenienced by not having main menu translations so we are planning to do a patch release asap with those updated translations. This PR targets the v2023.2.x branch which will be used to release patches.

What has been done to verify that this works as intended?

Only visual inspection. I made sure not to revert sv-rSE which is used in connected tests.

Why is this the best possible solution? Were any other approaches considered?

How does this change affect users? Describe intentional changes to behavior and behavior that could have accidentally been affected by code changes. In other words, what are the regression risks?
