W3C XForms describes a range control as in #109. That range control allows users to set ranges between a fixed starting point and an arbitrary selected value within a range determined by the form designer.
Users would like a way to select a range with two arbitrary endpoints as described in getodk/collect#38.
Some ideas to achieve this would be as an appearance on a select_multiple or as an appearance on a group that contains two range controls.
