Example machine learning workflow using R and RStudio Server (for R notebooks) . Uses the example as the Python workflow.

Notes:

  • the data links are likely to break in the future. I will attempt to find another solution, potentially using Zenodo (as we originally talked about back in June!)
  • the Dockerfile does not pin exact dependencies. This is because the containerit option that pins exact dependencies tries to get version info from a URL that no longer exists. I will open an issue with them and update accordingly. Another option would be to add a CI configuration that automatically builds the image and uploads it to Docker Hub.
