Spec for encoding binary data in human-language words. The main idea is to create sets of 256 memorable words to make binary data easier for humans to handle.
Well, if it is, then the following things would probably be important:
- Versioning? Maybe?
- Some kind of tag indicating an incantation?
data:mime/type;hexes,foo-bar-bazzesis terrible, right?
I think there was a similar mapping proposed for sharing IP addresses back when the Pirate Bay was being blocked a lot or something. I haven't been able to find it on the googles.
