I'll add stricter error handling too and error codes for Environment.Exit

Use stderr and improved error handling
1b8ef9e 
- Error messages contain the file and line where errors occured.
- Error codes.
- Error.Fatal prints to stderr and exits with a specified error code.
- Moved more stuff from Program.cs, should be easy to use the code in a library now.
