New map selector and Expedition fix

• NEW FEATURE added a map selector that let's you easily select the correct maps for a given region and number of watchstones to attract conquerors.

• FIX fixed for changes in the new version of the web app that prevented the whole script from working

fix for rate limit problem

• NEW FEATURE added an option in settings to set the minimum time between two requests to the server (default 500 milliseconds). This way if you hit the "rate limit" problem (could be just temporary, but it's completely up to the server how to decide if you should hit it or not) you can set this to an higher value to avoid errors. This affect both multi live search and sorting (when sorting results all result pages must be loaded from the server).
• NEW FEATURE loading results splash screen: in settings you'll find an option to block the UI while loading all results for sorting (default deactivated). This way you'll know something is happening while waiting, since now it's a lot slower. If something goes wrong or you just don't want to wait just click on the gray area to close the dialog.
• NEW FEATURE sort by stock in bulk searches: in settings you'll find a new option to also sort by stock size (descendig) whenever sorting. This way bulk searches will show biggest stocks first when price per item is the same.

currency conversion for partial exalts and fixes

NEW FEATURE: currency conversion for partial exalts (thanks to who proposed it in tricider https://www.tricider.com/admin/36HWcTk5RhZ/DawSV0oQX7b)
now in the tooltip you'll also see the price in chaos of just the floating part of the price for any price with floating point and currency more valuable then chaos.
NEW FEATURE: ask to buy with rest
for any price with floating part of more then .5 in the tooltip you'll see a link that copies to clipboard a message asking to buy receiving rest in chaos. For example 1.8 exalted will get the message: "@Seller can I pay 2 exalted and receive the rest of 36 chaos?"
FIX: first try at fixing the problem of some users that get an empty saves list the first time they open saved searches or multilive search interface. Not sure this solves the problem because I haven't been able to reproduce it. It should at least add debug logs for this specific problems that should help narrow it down.
TWEAK: changed a little bit the way multilive searches start. Should be a bit clearer.

Multilive fixes

Quick Filters: Now you can specify to use the currently selected league on the fly without modifying you searches, and also specify a maximum price in chaos.
FIX: multi live search: if one search fails the fetch phase it gets ignored, but the other searches go on connecting to the server
TWEAK: multi live search: both fetching and connecting phase are now paced, so you should experience a lot less failures. The server refuses some connections if too many from the same IP come in at the same time.

v1.3.0 - Multi live-search console

Added a minimalist console for multi live-searches so you know how many connections are actually working and on which searches. You can also stop and restart the live searches.
This was needed because after a while, and sometimes also at startup, some connections stop working.

Major Fix. In 1.2.0 there's a bug that hide the first 10 results if you sort by chaos equivalent value manually. It was working correctly if auto sort was selected.
