Top of window invisible on fullscreen when Reduce transparency is on

Expected Behavior

Ghostty shows the full length of the terminal

Actual Behavior

The top of the window (where the title screen would be) is cut off

Reproduction Steps

1. On MacOS, open System Settings, go to Accessibility -> Display and turn on Reduce transparency
2. open Ghostty
3. Go into fullscreen

Top of window should be blacked out or invisible
