Issue Description
When vim scrolls the screen when a link is present that is wrapped across lines, scrolling causes the link to be broken at the end of the line, and thereafter it is incorrectly rendered as two separate links, each of which contains only part of the full URL. (I'm talking about scrolling within an application, not the terminal's own scrolling.)
I have a patch that fixes the problem, which I shall refrain from posting until such time as desire for it should be indicated.
Expected Behavior
I expect links to treated as the whole link, not the first line only, even if scrolling has happened.
Actual Behavior
If a long link is displayed that wraps across lines, after application scrolling, it is treated as two links.
E.g. if "http://example.com/aaabbb" wraps after "aaa", hovering over the first line will show the link "http://example.com/aaa", and hovering over the second line will show the link "bbb".
