Cannot select bonds

Need to make it so the engines are properly labeling bonds, can render selection feedback on bonds and that the selection engine actually selects them.

This works now, at least for the bsydengine code, as of revision 471 or later.

Sorry - forgot to update the bug. I have added support to each engine as it seemed appropriate. I.e. the VdW engine does not draw bonds and so it is not possible to select bonds when using that engine.
