It's basically the same but there is an augmentation string, a couple extra fields, and CIE IDs are position relative instead of offsets into the section (I think).

Ok, I have this working and tested, but I haven't rebased out of fear...

The rebase is going to catch the u64 -> usize change and a bunch of other things that are going to conflict as well.
