FIWARE Theme for Openstack Horizon Cloud Portal

For customizing the Horizon theme with the FIWARE style you have to:

1. Copy the fiware folder to openstack_dashboard/themes/ folder
2. Copy the logo (logo-splash.png) to openstack_dashboard/static/dashboard/img/ folder
3. Configure the available themes following the instructions in Openstack documentation
