Missing perk

When setting up Odo there is no gem setting pin option for perk

are you able to add a gem slot to Odo ingame? Because Odo does not have a gem slot by itself, only a free perk slot. And for that perk slot there is no gem in the perk bucket, hence buddy does not show the option.

ok, thx. I need to find how i can derive that rule from the data so i can apply the logic. Otherwise i'd have to open all perks for all slots. Could do, but i'd like finde a clrean way.
