Moody Memes is a React application that allows users to track their mood in memes over time, by allowing users to type in their mood of the day, choose a meme/gif that best represents their mood, and save their 'Moody Meme' to the timeline.
This project was created by Brittany Freitas, Chris Taeyoung Kim, Daniel Butcher and Kwame Appiah-Kubi, completed in November 2022 with Juno College's Web Development Bootcamp ✨ Cohort 44 ✨, as part of a team-based React project.
The project showcases our understanding of:
- Core React concepts (state, props, components, Routing) applied to larger applications
- Working with third-party API/data sources (API and Firebase)
- Error handling, UI design and functional programming
- Working in an agency environment for a client, specifically coordinating and communicating within a group
- Delivering a fully functional product on a timeline
- Collaborating on Github
✨Moody Memes is graciously powered by the Giphy API.
