Highlight the MathML code that is currently under the curser
Improve code style (eslint)
* Add apply notation
*remove dead code
* reduces code complexity * one option to collapse nodes is sufficient
* Only calculate the layout from visible nodes
There is now a new option to hide or show apply nodes

There are some bugs to be fixed:

- use id as property rather than a function
cytoscape never stopped and could not be destroyed in version 2
