mdhcp6

A small dhcpv6 client for unix-like systems. Approx 15Kb with support for 
statefull dhcpv6. The client has been run on linux-2.4, linux-2.6 and 
OpenBSD 3.7. On BSD it does not autosense the RA state of an interface.
