ABOUT
	This is siplot.

	siplot is a simple graph plotter and math tool. It's written in C++
	and it uses Qt and Qwt. So siplot is based in part on the work of
	the Qwt <http://qwt.sourceforge.net/> project.
	There is a list of features (see file TODO), which will be integrated in 
	next versions of siplot.

MANUAL
	siplot has an integrated manual dialog. You can show it with
	Ctrl+M or you can click on Help > Manual in the menu.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE
	You need the following software to run siplot:
	* Qt	GPL v3.0 <http://qt.nokia.com/products/>
	* Qwt	Qwt License v1.0 <http://qwt.sourceforge.net/>
