Potential Relationships (For Manual Review)

• Medium confidence: [AW Top 10] 04 Classify engine driver crashes and missing outputs #72886 covers engine crash diagnostics and may relate to crash reports [aw] Daily Community Attribution Updater: engine driver crashed #73084, [aw] Daily AWF Spec Compiler Surfacing Review: engine driver crashed #73047, [aw] Agentic Workflow Audit Agent: engine driver crashed #73042 and [aw] Daily Caveman Optimizer: engine driver crashed #73038. The excerpts do not show a shared root cause, so no links were made.
• Medium confidence: [AW Top 10] 03 Report causes for incomplete result signals #72885 covers incomplete-result reporting and may relate to [aw] LintMonster: reported incomplete result #73091, [aw] Agent Job Health Monitor: reported incomplete result #73061 and [aw] Daily Spec Coverage Review: reported incomplete result #73028. These are individual workflow failures, with no confirmed common underlying defect.
• Low confidence: ARC reports arc-dind: agent logs are written under RUNNER_TEMP but the summary parser reads /tmp/gh-aw #72896–Confirm the conclude_threat_detection.sh skipped path on ARC after a repository-initiated cancellation #72899 and Claude-on-Copilot still emits unreachable host gateway with docker-sudo-iptables host-access sandbox #72756 share a runtime setting, but describe different failure paths. They do not justify a new parent issue.

Observations and Next Actions

Existing generated issue groups provided clear parents for 10 issues. The remaining apparent clusters are thematic or diagnostic; maintainers can review them if fuller issue evidence establishes a shared fix.
